【Abstract】 Due to differences in location, historical background and economic development, developing countries in different continents are differently distributed in the pattern of China’s foreign relations; and accordingly China’s relations with different countries of them are also different. Its relations with neighboring countries are of first importance; its relations with developing countries in Africa continue to be a most reliable basis in its foreign relations; and its relations with developing countries in Latin America, which started comparatively late, are making remarkable progress and becoming increasingly important.更多还原
