石英晶体静电容测量方法的研究与实现

【摘要】 本文介绍了一种测量石英晶体静电容的新方法。在IEC-444标准所规定的测量石英晶体电参数的方法-π网络零相位法基础上,对静电容的测量方法进行了研究,提出了本方法。在此基础上设计制作了测量实验系统,该系统把测量谐振频率和静电容统一起来,简化了测量电路,提高了可靠性和测量速度。实验结果表明,在1~10pF的测量范围内,静电容测量误差小于0.1pF,满足工业生产中对石英晶体静电容的测量精度要求。

【Abstract】 A new method is introduced to measure the static capacity of quartz crystal in this article. After research of the measure- ment of capacity, it is brought which is based on the method of π- network zero phase which is recommended in IEC- 444 standard. A measuring system is designed based on this method. In this system the measurements of resonant frequency and static capacity are combined. Therefore circuits are simplified and the reliability and speed of measurement is improved. The result of experiment proves that the error of measurement is less than 0.1pF ranging from 1pF to 10pF, which meets the request in production.
