Matlab优化工具箱在钻臂设计中的应用
The Application of Matlab Optimization Toolbox in the Arm Design
【摘要】 Matlab优化工具箱具有强大的科学计算能力,在工程设计领域得到了广泛的应用。基于优化设计中Kuhn-Tucker(K-T)方程解的原理,本文给出了利用Matlab优化工具箱进行钻臂设计的方法。首先,合理设置优化目标函数和约束条件。然后,使用Matlab优化工具箱进行编程计算。与其他方法相比,使用Matlab优化工具箱进行优化,不仅可以提高计算精度,而且可以减少计算时间,因此在工程设计领域有较强的实际应用价值。
【Abstract】 MATLAB optimization toolbox is a powerful tool in modern computing area and it is widely used in engineering fields. Based on the principle of Kuhn-Tucker(K-T) formula,this paper gives the method of arm design in down-hole drill by using Matlab optimization toolbox. First,the objective function and the optimization constraints were established. Then the program of optimal design was given. The experimental result shows that the method proposed in this paper can improve the precision and shorten the calculating time. The method is expected to have wider potential applications in engineering fields.
