硫化罐群控等效硫化过程的智能温控研究
Temperature control research on vulcanizer group control of equivalent vulcanization
【摘要】 应用范特霍夫理论,研究了等效硫化下温度与时间的区间特性,根据等效硫化温度的区间特性,利用温控表的三个报警输出来确定硫化罐所处温度区间,调整等效硫化时间,并与上位机进行实时通讯。文中对现行方案与传统方案进行比较,有效降低了成本,并于实践环节中得到证明。
【Abstract】 This paper proposed a plan to apply Van’ t Hoff Theory and study the interzone properties of temperature and time under Equivalent Vulcanization. With the properties of Equivalent Vulcanization temperature,three alarming outputs of the Temperature Controller are used to determine temperature interzone of Vulcanization tank,and Equivalent Vulcanization Time is adjusted. This scheme is put into practice,which proves that it lowers the cost effectively.
