【摘要】 PCB板的检测是电子设备制造过程中的重要环节,它是产品性能及质量达标的重要保障。本文研制了一套车载DVDPCB板自动检测系统,成功实现了PCB板按键短路状况检测、按键开路状况检测、LED指示灯工作状况检测、供电电源耗电流检测和Encoder功能检测。该系统在LabVIEW软件平台下构建而成。文中对使用LabVIEW构建检测系统的一些经验和技巧也做了描述。本系统已在企业中投入使用,运行良好,为企业取得了可观的效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 The inspection of PCB is an important part in the manufacture process of electronic device.It ensures the performance and quality of the products meet the needs well.This paper is written about this PCB auto-testing system of vehicular DVD.The function includes the inspection of key short circuit、key open circuit、LED states、current consuming of power supply and Encoder.Measuring system is constructed on LabVIEW software platform.Several experiences and skills in using LabVIEW as Measuring System are also presented.This system has run well in the factory and created a lot of benefit for the enterprise.更多还原
