新型地面煤堆温度监测系统的研制

【摘要】 采用埋入式光纤光栅温度传感器和AT89S8252单片机实现了地面煤堆温度实时数据的采集和处理,并通过LabVIEW进行温度变化显示,数据保存和报警。地面煤堆温度监测系统,作为实时监测煤堆温度的仪表系统,能够更方便精确地完成实时监测、温度显示、高温报警等,其用户界面便于人机交流,而且光纤光栅温度传感器不带电、不受电磁场干扰、采用光纤传输,避免了传统的电子传感器由于电火花或导电引起爆炸或高压事故的可能性,有利于推广使用。

【Abstract】 Used the fiber bragg grating temperature sensor and AT89S8252 monolithic integrated circuit has realized ground coal pile temperature real-time data gathering and processing, and then carried on the demonstration, preserved the data and alarmed through LabVIEW. The ground coal stack temperature monitoring system, took the real-time monitor coal stack temperature the measuring ap-pliance system, can precisely complete the real-time monitor, the temperature conveniently demonstrated, the high temperature alarms and so on, its user interface is advantageous for the man-machine exchange, moreover the fiber bragg grating temperature sensor not charged, the electromagnetic field disturbance, is not used the fiber optic transmission, has avoided the traditional electronic transduc-er because the electric spark either the electric conduction cause the detonation or the high-pressured accident possibility, is advanta-geous in the promoted use.
