【Abstract】 To realize the seamless roams of mobile devices,future wireless IP network should provide effective mobility management scheme to support the terminals’mobility.A new SIP-based application layer’s mobility management scheme was proposed.Comparing with other schemes,it supports both real-time and non-real-time applications,and it provides optimized fast-handover to reduce the delay and packet loss of real-time applications,also it can be easily implemented and deployed.更多还原
