e-Robot网格一仿人机器人研究与应用基础设施

e-Robot grid: a infrastructure for humanoid robot research and application

【摘要】 目前仿人机器人的研究与应用碰到了诸如:大计算量、海量存储的需求、实验设备投入大、科研人员的协作和成果融合困难等问题。而网格具有超级计算能力、海量的存储容量、能做到网格中所有软件资源、硬件资源、人力资源的协同工作和全面共享。若能基于网格技术构建一个仿人机器人研究与应用的平台,就能解决仿人机器人研究和应用中的众多障碍。这里提出的e-Robot网格就是这样一个仿人机器人研究与应用的基础设施,它采用OGSA体系结构的基础网格,并在其基础上构建庞大的仿人机器人研究与应用服务软件集合。e-Robot网格将给仿人机器人领域的研究、应用带来变革性的进步。

【Abstract】 At present, there are some key problems in the cause of humanoid robot research and application, such as the requirements of large computing and great capacity data storage; the large investment of experimental equipment; the great difficulty in research collaboration and research achievement fusion. Otherwise, computer grid has some intrinsic feature, super computing ability, large storage capacity; complete sharing and collaboration of all connected software, hardware resources and personnel resource. If we construct a humanoid robot research and application platform with grid technology, many problems concern with humanoid robot research and application will be overcome. The presented e-Robot grid is just the needed infrastructure, it adopt basic general grid with OGSA (Open Grid Services Architecture). Upon this foundation, all kinds of service software are developed. With the e-Robot grid, the research and application of humanoid robot will obtain a revolutionary progress.
