采掘头性能测试的数据采集系统设计
Designation and analysis of the data collecting system on function test of the mining head
【摘要】 根据深海钴结壳采掘特点,要求对试验台上的采矿头的工作性能进行严格测试和分析,以便研究和评估螺旋滚筒采掘头的工作机构、运动参数及其截齿布置对采掘头运动学、动力学等特性的影响。建立了数据采集系统,实现了各种数据的读取和转换,并生成了实时监控图像,对当前采掘头工作的状态及各种性能进行监测;同时通过仿真分析对采掘头的性能作出了评价。
【Abstract】 According to the characteristic of excavating cobalt crusts in deep sea, it’s necessary to test and analyze the working per- formance of mining head on the testing platform strictly, in order to study and assess the working organization, motion parameters of the screw-cylinder-collection mining head and the influence of teeth-arrangement on the kinematics and dynamics characteristic of mining head. A data-collected system is built, it can read and transform all kinds of data, and produce the monitoring picture in real time to grasp the working state and various kinds of performance of mining head; Finally, a generally evaluation is given by analyzing the properties of mining head.
