低纹波高精度数字电流源的设计
Design of Digital Current Source with Low Ripple and High Precision
【摘要】 本文介绍了一种低纹波高精度数字电流源,通过扩流晶体管、高精度运算放大器反馈电路和数字PI调节器闭环控制实现了输出电流纹波小、精度高。该电流源控制方便、显示数据量大,性能稳定、输出功率易于扩展。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the digital current source with low ripple and high precision.Low ripple and high precision are ac- complished by current- enlarging transistor and feedback circuit of precise operational amplifier and digital PI closed- loop control. The current source is used conveniently, of which the LCD displays more data and the output power is convenient to be enhanced, of which the performance is stable.
