基于Java的故障诊断专家系统的构建及实现

【摘要】 由于旋转机械的复杂性,故障诊断对于技术人员经验的依赖很大。而故障诊断专家系统可以将这一复杂的工作变得更有成效,成为保障旋转机械设备正常运行和安全生产的有力工具之一。本文对一种转子故障诊断专家系统的知识系统和推理机作了介绍,并介绍了系统基于Java的实现。程序的应用情况表明系统具有较好的适应性。

【Abstract】 Fault diagnose depends on the experience of technician greatly because of the complexity of rotary machinery. While the Expert System of Fault Diagnose is able to make this complex task more effective,so it has been regarded to be one of the powerful measure to ensure the equipment working efficiently and safely.This paper introduces the Knowledge System and Reasoning Machine of a Expert System of Fault Diagnose for rotor ,also introduces its implementation based on Java. The application of the program shows that the Expert System has extensive adaptability.
