【Abstract】 Fault diagnose depends on the experience of technician greatly because of the complexity of rotary machinery. While the Expert System of Fault Diagnose is able to make this complex task more effective,so it has been regarded to be one of the powerful measure to ensure the equipment working efficiently and safely.This paper introduces the Knowledge System and Reasoning Machine of a Expert System of Fault Diagnose for rotor ,also introduces its implementation based on Java.
