【摘要】 应用Labview串口通信功能,构建了基于工控机、PLC为硬件平台的上下位机远程监控系统。系统通过在串口加装RS232/485转换芯片实现远距离监控,同时上下位机间采用欧姆龙系列PLC的上位机链接通信。详细讨论了上下位机间的通信过程以及在Labview中的实现方法和具体编程细节。表明应用Labview串行通信功能开发监控系统不仅可以较好地实现监控功能,而且可以充分发挥Labview这一图形化语言的优点,得到界面元素丰富、交互性良好的人机界面。

【Abstract】 According to the serial port communicaton ability of Labview,we developed a Long- distance Supervisory system based on a hardware platform made up of computer and PLC.This system realizes Remote supervisory function by installing two chips of RS232/ 485 on the RS232 serial ports of the computer and PLC and a Host- link communicaton was used between the two parts.In this pa- per,we gives the detail of the communicaton and the methods to realize the serial port communication in Labview.The results shows we not only realize the initial long- distance supervisory function ,but also gets a friendly interface for operator.
