【摘要】 分析了WinCC自带报表系统的局限性,根据300MN模锻水压机上位机监控系统功能要求,基于WinCC内嵌的C-Script,对WinCC报表系统进行了进一步的开发。实现了WinCC运行模式下的打印时间、任务、格式选择和操作人员操作行为记录,给出了其设计思想及核心程序。使用测试表明,该系统界面友好,操作方便,极大的增强了上位机的报表生成能力和灵活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The limitation of the WinCC report system is analysed and the farther Upper computer report system based on WinC C- Script is exploited according to the system needs of 300MN die forging hydrostatic press upper computer monitoring and controlling system. It completes the selection of time, task, form of the report and the records of the operator’s operations in the WinCC running mode. The design method and main program are given. The tests prove that the interface of the system is amicable and it is used intuitively and conveniently. It effectively enhances system’s capability and flexibility of report generation.更多还原
