【Abstract】 Perform monitoring and control to the city street lamps together by wireless transmission and computer. The street control apparatus is the monitor and control terminal. Together with the monitor and control center in the control agency, they form the two stage distributed computer control system. The communication mode between the monitor and control center and each terminal main- frames is the general packet radio service.
