沉淀法合成纳米晶长余辉材料Y2O2S:Eu3+,Ti
Synthesis of Nanocrystalline Y2O2S:Eu3+,Ti Long-lasting Phosphorescen Material by Coprecipitation
【摘要】 <正>长余辉材料在室内装饰、安全标志、涂料等方面具有极大的应用价值,引起了人们的广泛关注。近年来,对长余辉材料应用的探讨也从弱光照明、指示等扩展到信息存储[1]、高能射线探测[2]等领域。同时,长余辉材料的形态已从粉末扩展至玻璃[3]、单晶[4,5]、薄膜[6]和玻璃陶瓷[7]。
【Abstract】 The long-lasting phosphorescent materials, yttrium oxysulfides doped by Eu and Ti, were systhesized by coprecipitation with their subsequent thermal decomposition in the presence of sulphur. The products were characterized by XRD, TEM, phosphorescent spectra, and thermoluminescence. The XRD results indicate that the lowest synthesis temperature is 700 ℃. From the TEM, the average diameter of particles was in the range of 60~120 nm, and augmented with the increase of temperature. The materials under UV excitation presented well afterglow from the transition of 5D0,1 → 7FJ of Eu3+, and the persistent time was about 2 h. The long-lasting afterglow mechanism was discussed, too.
