【摘要】 目的:探讨心理干预对支气管哮喘患者心理障碍的影响.方法:80例门诊及住院缓解期或轻度哮喘发作病人,随机分成两组,治疗组43例,对照组37例;两组均给予沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松50 g/250 g(舒利迭),每日2次吸入;治疗组同时给予每月2次心理治疗.疗程24周.治疗前、后采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行测查.结果:治疗结束后两组SCL-90评分的总分及人际关系、敌对、偏执3项因子分均明显改善,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性5项因子分亦有明显改善,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗结束后治疗组总分及各因子分均较对照组低,且躯体化、抑郁、焦虑3项因子分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:心理干预可使支气管哮喘患者的心理障碍改善更明显,在哮喘治疗中有重要意义.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Probing into the influence of psychological intervention to the quality of life of bronchial asthma patients.Methods:Dividing 80 cases of adult bronchial asthma patients into two groups at random according to random digits table.Treatment group 43 cases and control group 37 cases.All patients were given Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Powder for inhalation 50 g/250 g twice daily.At the meantime the trial group was given psychological inter-vention twice every month.The course of treatment were 24 weeks.At the beginning and end of the treatment all patients were investigated with Symtom checklist 90(SCL-90).Results:The dif-ference of the total score of SCL-90 and the score of human relationship,opposition,paranoid be-tween the beginning and the end of treatment was significant difference in the two groups respectiv-ely(P < 0.05).But the score of somatization,constraint,depression,anxiety and mental disorder was obviously improved in the trial group,there was significant difference too(P < 0.05).After the treatment,the total score of SCL-90 and the scores of each factor of the trial group were lower than them of the control group,there were significant difference in the score of somatization,de-pression and anxiety(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention can obviously improve the psychological disorder of bronchial asthma patients,it plays an important clinical role in the treatment of bronchial asthma patients.更多还原
