【Abstract】 The paper states the necessities for development of the ballast handling equipment of oceangoing ships by analysis of situation of marine pollution,our shipping and shipbuilding,combining with the relevant convention that will be carried out soon.The paper also introduces the key techniques for the development of oceangoing shipping’s ballast handling equipment. The paper has some purposes for understanding the principle of oceangoing shipping’s ballast handling equipment.更多还原
