轮机模拟器机舱实时报警系统开发与实现

【摘要】 概述基于实时仿真支撑平台的轮机模拟器机舱实时报警系统的开发,实现集装箱船仿真过程的实时监控。系统开发采用线程池定时器组件、串行通信、多线程等技术,从而保证系统的实时性和可扩展性。报警系统提供分组信息、声光报警示、报警记录查询和报警限值修改等功能,使得轮机人员可以快速获取、定位和响应报警信息,从而正确及时地检修和维护机舱设备。

【Abstract】 A real-time alarming system was developed based on a simulation support platform for real-time moni- toring of the simulating process of the marine engine in container ships.The thread pool’s timer component,serial communication,and multithreading techniques were used to guarantee it as a real-time and scalable system.The a- larming system provides some functions such as group information,acousto-optic alarming indication,the query about the alarming records and the amendment of the limit to the alarming range,so that the users can quickly obtain,locate and response the information of the alarming in order to repair and maintain the marine engine properly in time
