【Abstract】 Peasant labor in Guizhou province is of poor quality,not competitive in labor market.Their choice of employment and wage are limited accordingly.These hinder the flowing of these surplus labors to other province.The paper points out that the provincial government should increase investment to renovate vocational education pattern,pour more energy on the training of peasant workers and try to improve their quality,especially the newly increased labor force’s quality.These are the key to transfer them from peasants to industrial workers and decent citizen of modern society.更多还原
