【Abstract】 High turnover rate of IT project members has been the focus that calls the attention of enterprises,which means a lot for the enterprises to reduce the turnover rate and perfect the early warning management system of the members′ turnover.The early warning index system of turnover according to the characteristic of IT project members is designed.Through the analysis and fitting of the statistic data,the early warning model of IT project members′ turnover is made and the significance test of the model and the factors is also done.The results are analyzed and the conclusion is drawn.更多还原
