我国企业文化建设的若干思考
Thinking on Construction of Chinese Corporate Culture
【摘要】 分析了企业文化和企业文化建设的概念内涵。针对当前我国企业文化建设面临的思想观念、客观现实、舆论环境、国外企业文化的渗透和理论研究等方面的挑战,从创建学习型组织、注重企业市场商誉的培育、重视人本管理这3个方面提出创新我国企业文化建设的策略,指出在企业文化建设实践中应注意保持中国特色、建立激励机制和注重企业领导者的实践等问题。
【Abstract】 The meaning of corporate culture is analyzed.Aim to the challenges in the construction of Chinese corporate culture,some creative strategies are presented from three aspects of creating a learning type organization,paying attention to the cultivation of business reputation and attaching importance to the human-based management.Some problems in practice should be noticed,including keeping Chinese characteristics,setting up the incentive mechanism and attaching importance to the practice of leaders.
