数控冲床送料机监控系统软件的设计
Design of Monitor Software of NC Feeder for Punching Machine
【摘要】 以数控冲床送料机监控系统为例,采用VB语言进行监控软件的设计,着重介绍了该软件的人机界面,PLC与PC的通信,数控加工程序的编译以及实时模拟显示冲压过程等功能的实现。该系统具有方案简单、实用可靠等特点。
【Abstract】 Taking NC feeder for punching machine as an example,a design method of the monitor software based on VB is introduced.The realization of HMI,communication between PLC and PC,NC program compiling and simulation of the stamping effect is discussed.This scheme has a simple hardware structure and is practicable.
