【摘要】 财务危机一直是国内外学术界研究的热门话题,我国有关财务危机的研究较晚,主要是借鉴国外学者的研究成果对我国上市公司的财务危机进行实证分析,但也存在一定的局限性。从我国企业财务危机的成因分析、财务危机预警的功能分析、财务危机预警的方法分析等几个方面进行了阐述,提出了相关的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Financial crisis has ever been a hot topic for the academic circles at home and abroad,whose research in China however is generally delayed.Most Chinese researchers have studied this issue by implanting foreign result and experience from a perspective of empirical analysis on the listed companies,and there exist quite a lot of limitations as a result.The limitations of implanting foreign models are explored into from an analysis of the reasons for the financial crisis of Chinese corporate,the fore-alarming function of financial crisis,and the ways of the fore-alarming system.Finally some proposals for improving the research on corporate financial crisis and its fore-alarming are put forward.更多还原
