烧结法制备四钛酸钾晶须的研究
The research of K2Ti4O9 whisker prepared by a sintering method
【摘要】 根据K2O/TiO2相图,结合TiO2和K2CO3混合粉末的差热分析以及不同温度不同时间的合成样品XRD图谱,确定烧结法制备四钛酸钾最佳合成工艺条件为TiO2/K2CO3的摩尔比为3、反应温度940℃、反应时间为3.5 h,且通过SEM表征可以看出合成的四钛酸钾为短棒状,晶须长8~12μm,直径0.5~1.5μm,长径比为5~30.初步讨论了四钛酸钾晶须的LS生长机理.
【Abstract】 K2Ti4O9 whisker was synthesized using a solid sintering method with reference to the phase diagram of K2O-TiO2 system.The products were characterized by TG/DTA,XRD and SEM.The preferred synthesis condition was ascertained as follow: the molar ratio of TiO2 /K2CO3 is 3,the reaction tempreture is 940 ℃ and the rection time is 3.5 hours.The resulting K2Ti4O9 whishker has a shot bar morphology with 6~12 μm in length,0.25~0.8 μm in diameter,5~30 in length to diameter ratio.The LS(liquid-solid)mechanism of the growth of K2Ti4O9 whisker were discussed simply.
