亚硝化细菌处理氨氮废水的研究

【摘要】 研究了亚硝化细菌对含氨氮废水处理的效果。首先筛选出具有较强亚硝化作用的亚硝化菌株,并用此富集菌株处理含氨氮废水,重点分析了废水中的氨氮浓度、pH值、温度、溶解氧和载体材料等因素对处理效果的影响。实验结果表明:在pH值为8左右、温度在25—30℃条件下,该菌株对氨氮降解能力较强,对溶解氧浓度要求较低,用陶粒作为载体材料培养亚硝化细菌更能发挥积极的作用。

【Abstract】 A kind of ammnonia-oxidizing bacterium was screened out from a secondary sedmentation tank in a sewage treatment plant.Experiments were carried by treatment of wastewater containing ammonia-nitrogen.The removals of ammonia-nitrogen and their influencing factors such as concentration of ammonia-nitrogen,pH,temperature,DO and filter were studied.The results showed that this kind of bacterium had a great capability to treat wastewater containing ammonia-nitrogen.The optimal condition was pH 8,temperature 25—30 ℃.DO had little effect and the filters had positive effect on the growth of this kind of bacterium.Pottery grain was a kind of good material for the growth of ammnonia-oxidizing bacterium.
