FRP筋酸碱盐介质腐蚀与冻融耐久性试验研究

【摘要】 对自制的FRP筋产品进行酸碱盐介质腐蚀与冻融耐久性性能的试验研究。先将碳纤维筋和玻璃纤维筋在酸碱盐介质中分别浸渍4周和8周;再将碳纤维筋和玻璃纤维筋进行50—300次的冻融循环,得到了酸碱盐介质腐蚀与冻融循环对FRP筋拉伸强度和弹性模量的性能退化影响量。试验表明:除了碱性环境外,玻璃纤维筋具有很好的耐酸盐介质腐蚀与冻融的性能,碳纤维筋具有更好的耐酸盐介质腐蚀与冻融的性能,同时还具有很好的耐碱性。

【Abstract】 The experiment on resistance of acidic,alkali,salt solutions and freeze-thaw properties of FRP bars was performed by using the FRP bars developed by ourselves.Firstly,the CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer) bars and GFRP(Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer) bars were immerged into the alkali,acidic and salt solutions at 4 weeks and 8 weeks,respectively;Secondly,after 50—300 Freeze-thaw cycles on GFRP and CFRP bars,the tensile test was performed,acquiring the corrosive effect of three solutions and the Freeze-thaw effect on the properties degradation of tensile strength and elastic module of FRP bars.The results showed that GFRP bars could satisfy the durability requirements of acidic or salt solution and freeze-thaw condition except for the alkali solution.Compare to GFRP bars,CFRP bars have the superior acidic,salt and freeze-thaw resistance properties,and also performed quite well in the alkali solution condition.
