【Abstract】 Scabbing on heavy rail steel is usually associated with the formation of crack.The present experiment indicates such defects are mainly attributed to the oxidation origin formed as a result of oxidation of the crack in the process of production and decarbonization.The paper concludes with several countermeasures.更多还原
