LF炉高压真空小车系统改造
Revamp on high pressure vaccuum car system in LF furnace
【摘要】 LF炉真空小车因炼钢生产的需要,合分闸频率较高,通过摸索,对现装备的ZN39-40型真空小车的故障规律有较全面的掌握,但由于设计的原因,真空小车的故障率没有得到大的改观。根据电气控制原理,采用适用机械技术,对高压合分闸控制方式进行改造,使故障率迅速减少,达到提高设备稳定的使用性能和安全性能,为生产创造有利条件。
【Abstract】 The rate of "open" and "off" the vacuum cars in the LF furnace operation is extremely high in order to meet the need of the steel-making process.The trouble rate of the vacuum cars was not drastically reduced due to the original design defects although law of the trouble in the equipped ZN39-40 vacuum cars was already comprehensively understood and mastered.The control mode of the high pressure braking device has been improved by adoption of appropriate mechanical technology according to the electric control principle.As the results the trouble rate is prominently reduced and the availability and safety of the equipments steadily improved,thus providing a very favorable condition for the production.
