【摘要】 目的:测算公共卫生体系中各机构发生的交易费用,并对其相应的制度安排进行分析比较。方法:采用多阶段随机抽样的方法,交易费用采用相对数进行比较。结果:章丘县各样本机构针对公共卫生服务发生的交易费用占机构总支出的比重在3个地区较低。结论:建立健全信息网络系统;减少委托代理层级;发展公共卫生法律法规,建立有效的激励机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To calculate the transaction costs in public health services and analyze the relevant institutional arrangement. Methods:The study applied multi-stage method to sample and relative value to analyze. Results The ratios of transaction costs to the total expend of all sampled institutes of Zhangqiu were low among the three counties. Conclusions:It is important to improve information system; decrease the principle-agent arrangements; develop public health laws and regulations and set up effective incentive mechanism.更多还原
