【摘要】 对山东省2006年88个省级新型农村合作医疗试点县的县、乡两级经办机构的人员、经费及办公设施情况进行调查分析。结果显示,县级经办机构人员尚不能满足工作需要,乡镇机构人员配置情况不容乐观,工作经费严重不足。建议根据经济发展水平和农业人口数量合理确定经办机构人员配置标准和工作经费标准,实施经办机构标准化建设,提高管理能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The survey of stuff,facility and fund in county and township level New Cooperative Medical System(NCMS)office in Shandong province was carry out. The result proved that condition was not fit for the need of the management practice. The situation in the township NCMS office is even worse. The fund from government is not enough for maintaining daily work. It is suggested the standard of the manpower and fund of county NCMS be made,concerning the agricultural population and the need of different work. The training is one of the most important ways in capacity building. The computerized management system is helpful to improve the efficiency.更多还原
