圆筒型直线感应电动机特性研究
Research on Characteristic of Tubular Linear Induction Motor
【摘要】 针对不同初级材料与次级厚度对直线感应电动机性能的影响进行了分析,研究给出了次级厚度与推力的关系曲线和不同初级铁芯材料下电动机推力曲线。仿真和实验结果表明:初级铁芯材料磁导率和电导率对电动机出力有很大的影响;次级厚度对推力影响具有非单调性,为电动机设计时确定最佳次级尺寸提供了可靠依据。
【Abstract】 The influences of secondary thickness and primary iron core material are analyzed on linear induction motor in the paper which provides the curves between secondary thickness and thrust,and the thrust on the condition of different primary materials.The results of simulation and test show the magnetic permeability and electric conductivity of the primary material greatly affect the thrust;The non-linear of the secondary influence provides the reliable basis for determining the optimal size of the secondary in designing motor.
