高跟踪频率高细分三相混合式步进电动机驱动器设计
Design of Three-Phase Hybrid Step Motor Driver with High Tracking Frequency and High Subdivision
【摘要】 介绍了一种基于ATtiny2313高速单片机的三相混合式步进电动机高细分、高跟踪频率驱动系统对单片机的要求及软件编制方法,介绍了采用电流跟踪型PWM控制方式下,系统幅值可设定的D/A转换电路、三角波比较控制方式的偏差PWM发生电路、主电路及电流反馈电路的设计要点。该系统能在高低频下平稳运行,具有一般伺服电机的运行性能。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a kind of high subdivision drive system based on high-speed MCU ATtiny2313 for three-phase hybrid step motor control.The requirements of the MCU to achieve the performances of high tracking frequency,high subdivision and the method of software-programming are presented.This paper also introduces the key points of the system which include D/A converting circuit whose amplitude is alterable,PWM generation circuit based on subharmonic control,main circuit and current feedback circuit,and all of them are on the condition of applying current tracking PWM control mode.
