椭圆加工中高响应直线电机运动控制系统实验研究
Motion Control System of High Response Linear Motor for Ellipse Machining
【摘要】 在建立直线电机基本数学模型的基础上,采用自适应模糊PID算法对直线电机往复运动进行控制,对影响其动态性能的参数进行了分析;根据短行程高响应直线电机往复运动的特点,按照椭圆加工中直线进给单元的运行规律,对椭圆加工中直线电机的进给运动进行了研究,并对直线电机的性能进行了相关实验研究。
【Abstract】 Based on the mathematical model of a linear motor,an adaptive fuzzy PID algorithm is used for the control of its to-and-fro motion and the related parameters affecting the motor dynamic performances are analyzed.With the motion characteristics of short stroke and high response linear motor,the action process of a linear feed unit for ellipse machining is studied according to its action rule.Furthermore,several related experiments are done for the performances testing of such a linear motor for the ellipse machining.
