【摘要】 目的探讨电视胸腔镜辅助小切口前入路行胸椎结核病灶清除术的可行性。方法对10例胸椎结核患者在电视胸腔镜辅助下适当取6~7cm胸部小切口,运用胸腔镜设备与常规手术器械相结合方式,经胸腔行胸椎结核病灶清除术。结果10例患者胸背疼痛及神经压迫症状、体征消失,术后随访12~24月,胸部X线片显示病灶清除彻底,病灶清除部位骨质修复良好。结论胸腔镜辅助小切口经前入路椎结核病灶清除术方法可行,近期疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the feasibility of thoracic vertebral tuberculous focal cleaning by video-assisted thoracoscopy combined with chest minimal incision via thoracic cavity.Methods From July 2002 to December 2005,10 patients with thoracic vertebral tuberculosis received focus excision by thoracoscopic instruments combined with conventional surgical instruments via a 6-7cm minimal incision approach in the chest.Results In 10 patients, chest and back pain and nerve compression disappeared, follow-up lasted for 12-24 months,postoperative chest X-ray revealed the focus had been cleaned completely,and the focal cleaning osteoanagenesis was better.Conclusion Thoracic vertebral tuberculous focal cleaning by video-assisted thoracoscopy combined with chest minimal incision via thoracic cavity is feasible,with satisfactory short-term effects.更多还原
