6063铝合金热变形行为的研究

【摘要】 采用Gleeble1500热压缩模拟试验机研究了细晶铝锭熔炼的6063铝合金的高温变形行为,得出以下结论:选取560℃+6h固溶+250℃×3h时效的均匀化制度,流变应力较小,变形后时效硬度较高;560℃×6h固溶+250℃×3h时效处理的试样低温慢速变形可降低流变应力,但不利于Mg2Si相的溶解,进而影响变形后时效硬度;相同均匀化处理的试样,Mg2Si相含量高,则变形过程中流变应力大,细化方法的变化及含钛量的变化(含质量分数为0·01%~0·05%的Ti),对于热变形行为并未造成明显差异。

【Abstract】 Thermal deformation behavior of 6063 aluminum alloy produced with fine grain aluminum ingot at a high temperature has been observed with Gleeble 1 500 dynamic materials test machine.The results reveal that the deformed 6063 aluminum alloy has higher aging hardness with solid solution plus homogenized treatment at 250 ℃ for three hours due to reducing rheological stress.Low temperature and slow-speed deformation can decrease the rheological stress of the treated alloy sample,however,it can be harmful for the dissolution of Mg2Si phase,which obviously affects the aging hardness of the deformed alloy.The rheological stress of the deformed alloy can be increased with the increase of Mg2Si phase in the sample with the same homogenized treatment.The effects of refining ways and variation of Ti content in the deformed alloy on thermal deformation behavior can be ignored.
