【摘要】 [目的]观察血必净注射液对脓毒症大鼠多器官功能及死亡率的影响。[方法]采用大鼠盲肠结扎穿孔(CLP)模型。雄性Wistar大鼠96只按随机数字表法分为正常对照组(n=8)、假手术组(n=8)、模型对照组(n=40),血必净治疗组(n=40),后两组按观察时间点分为2、8、24、48和72 h亚组。另设实验观察血必净注射液对脓毒症大鼠的治疗效果,观察CLP术后7 d存活率。[结果]血必净治疗组血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、肌酸激酶(CK)及心肌型肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)水平呈不同程度降低;与模型未治疗组比较,血必净治疗组及联合治疗组动物死亡率显著降低。[结论]血必净注射液能够明显降低脓毒症大鼠的死亡率,并对重要器官功能具有保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the effects of Xuebijing(cleaning the blood) injection on the multiple organ function and mortality in rats with sepsis.[Methods] Sepsis was reproduced in rats with cecum ligation and puncture(CLP).Ninety-six male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group(n=8),sham-operation group(n=8),CLP model group(n=40),Xuebijing-treated group(n=40).The two latter groups were further divided into five groups of 2,8,24,48,and 72-hour subgroups with 8 rats in each.In addition,another experiments were performed to observe the effect of treatment of Xuebijing on the survival rate.[Results] Serum levels of ALT,AST,blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cr),creatine kinase(CK) and MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase(CK-MB) were significantly increased with certain extent at different intervals.Early treatment with Xuebijing could markedly improved serum biochemical parameters partly.Treatment with Xuebijing or/and antibiotic could significantly improve the survival rates in septic rats.[Conclusion] These findings indicates that Xuebijing injection can obviously decline the mortality of septic rats,and has played an important role in protecting against the multiple organ dysfunction.更多还原
