新型双钢管并联K形相贯节点的受力性能研究
Mechanics Behavior of CHS Double Chord Parallel K-joints
【摘要】 本文介绍了一种新型的钢管桁架结构的相贯节点形式—双钢管并联K形节点。以有限元数值模拟为主要手段,研究了主要几何参数β、γ、τ、θ、α(具体含义见文中)对极限承载力的影响,并将不同几何参数的节点有限元承载力计算结果与相关规范、文献建议的节点承载力设计公式计算结果进行了比较,同时考察了并联K形节点和平面K形节点受力性能的主要不同。最后,提出了一些K形相贯节点的设计建议。
【Abstract】 One novel type of tubular joints named double chord parallel K-joints is introduced in this paper.Using the finite-element study as a platform,this paper presents further work.Influence of main geometry parameters,such as β、γ、τ、θ and α are studied.The ultimate strength obtained from FEM are compared with those calculated from related code and equation suggested by other scholar.Difference of mechanics behavior between parallel K-joints and planar K-joints is also discussed.Finally,some design suggestion is recommended.
