【Abstract】 The author discusses the control measures for crime of broadcasting the pornographic electronic information through network.He explains which accusation in criminal law should be charged if somebody offends the law and the relevant procedures.He analyses the negative effect?behavior peculiarity and major characteristic of this sort of crime.He focuses on all-around control measures,such as rigid checking pornographic websites,reinforcement of moral guidance and legal institutions education,assurance for enforcement of network administration and supervision,cutting out the chain made from the illegal profit.更多还原
