【摘要】 文章首先理论分析了财政与城乡收入差距之间的关系,随后采取协整和误差纠正模型进行了实证分析,发现与理论分析不一致。研究发现,从长期来看,我国的财政收入会缩小而财政支出会拉大城乡收入差距,均衡财政对改善城乡收入差距的效果不显著,这就要求政府在实施财政政策时要充分考虑财政收支对城乡收入差距的不同影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article investigates relationship between finance and rural-urban income gap firstly,then analyzes finance’s effect on rural-urban income gap by con-integration test and error correction model,finds that empirical results are not coincide with theoretical analysis.There come results that fiscal income policy in China will narrow rural-urban income gap at long term while fiscal expenditure policy has different influence and balanced fiscal policy does not have a significant impact,which requires central government to consider their impact on rural-urban income gap when carrying out fiscal income-expenditure policies.更多还原
