【摘要】 选择代表中国最优秀棒球投手水平的国家队、2004年国内棒球锦标赛全部主力运动员共计39人。在理论筛选指标的基础上,经过教练员经验筛选和实际测试筛选后的统计学筛选等过程,确定了中国优秀棒球投手的形态、机能、专项素质、心理、技术和战术等能力的选材指标体系,并建立了中国优秀棒球投手选材的评价标准。对样本内的回代检验结果证实,选材指标体系与评价标准是有效的和客观的,适合于中国优秀棒球投手选材。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper selects 39 elite pitchers from national team and province teams.Based on the indexes of theoretical selection and experience of coach as well as the statistical analysis,the physique,function,specific quality,mental and tactical,technical ability of Chinese elite pitchers is set up,and evaluation standard of talent identification on elite pitchers is established.As a result of examining the samplers with substitution method,the index system and evaluation standard in this research are virtual and objective.It applies to the talent identification of elite baseball pitchers in China.更多还原
