直线脉冲电机(LPM)驱动控制系统的研究
Study on the Drive Control System of Linear Pulse Motor (LPM)
【摘要】 以日本神钢电机株式会社生产的两相混合式直线脉冲电机SLPMU-025A为样机,对直线脉冲电机的驱动控制系统进行了研究;以AT89C51单片机作为控制器,采用专用的恒流细分驱动器,设计制作了驱动控制装置,该装置具备了对样机启停、正反向调速、定位等控制及记录和显示的功能。运行试验表明,该系统性能稳定,结构简单,调试方便,可作为对直线脉冲电机本体进一步研发的配套设备。
【Abstract】 Taking SLPMU-025A,a two-phase hybrid LPM manufacturing by SHINKO Motor Company Ltd,as an specimen,the study on the drive control system is carried out,and AT89C51 single chip microcomputer as controller and special micro-step constant current driver,the apparatus of driver control is designed and made,which has functions of startt-stop,forward and reverse,speed regulation,allocation record and display.It is demonstrated by running test that this system is characterized by stable performance,simple structure and convennience setting,so can be used as a auxiliary equipment of the further development on the LPM itself.
