分子筛粒度对PU/4A分子筛复合材料性能的影响

【摘要】 以聚己二酸乙二醇酯(PEA)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI-100)、扩链剂(MOCA)、两种不同粒度分布的4A分子筛为原料,采用预聚法制备了聚氨酯/4A分子筛复合材料。考察了不同粒度的4A分子筛对PU/4A分子筛复合材料力学性能、耐溶剂性能的影响。结果表明,PU/4A复合材料的力学性能与分子筛的粒度密切相关,小粒度分子筛的效果优于大粒度的,且当其质量分数为7%时,所制备的PU/4A复合材料的综合力学性能最好。与纯聚氨酯相比,复合材料的耐溶剂性能大幅度提高,溶胀度减小幅度达55%~60%。

【Abstract】 The polyurethane/4A zeolite composites was prepared by pre-polymerization method,with the polyethylene glycol adipate(PEA),toluene 2,4-ditsocyanate(TDI-100),extender(MOCA) and two kinds of particles size of 4A zeolite.It was investigated that the effect of different particles size of zeolite 4A on the mechanical properties and solvent resistance of PU/4A composites.The results showed that the mechanical properties of PU/4A zeolite composites was closely related to particles size of zeolite;the smaller particles of zeolite 4A,the better the properties.And the multiple mechanical properties of PU/4A composites was best when the loading of zeolite 4A was 7%.Compared with pure PU,the solvent resistance of PU/4A composites was improved obviously.
