【Abstract】 The natural and cultural heritage shows the value of relationship between nature and human beings.With the constantly developing of economy,however,more and more natural and cultural heritages were broken by mankind.Our country’s environmental legislation can’t be fit for the need of environmental management nowadays.Through discussing the facts and problems of protection of the natural and cultural heritage in our country and the legislation lessons of some foreign countries in this article,some legislation advices of protection of the natural and cultural heritage are put forward.更多还原
