机械共混法制备剥离型天然胶蒙脱土纳米复合材料及其表征 (Ⅱ)不同品种有机蒙脱土对性能的影响

【摘要】 选择自制的3种有机蒙脱土,利用双辊混炼法制备出天然橡胶/有机蒙脱土复合材料。分别对3种复合材料的力学性能、溶剂渗透性能、耐热性能等进行了测试表征。测试结果表明,不同牌号的有机蒙脱土对天然橡胶的补强效果明显不同,分散性达到纳米级剥离型分散的纳米复合材料的强度提高幅度最大,另外两种提高很小,而且溶剂渗透性能和耐热性变化情况与力学性能相同。研究结果表明,不同品种的有机蒙脱土与天然橡胶复合制备出复合材料的力学性能变化趋势与其它性能变化相对应。
【Abstract】 Three natural rubber(NR)/OMMT composites were prepared with three different types OMMT by direction two-roll compounding.The composites were investigated in mechanical properties,oil permeation and heat resistant properties,respectively.It is observed that different OMMT had different effects on enhancing the rubber,the mechanical properties of nanocomposites were remarkably higher than the others,and the oil permeation and TGA testing showed the similar results.It is concluded that the NR/OMMT composites in mechanical properties,oil permeation and heat resistant properties had the same enforcement trends.
