AC发泡剂在橡胶型CM中的应用

【摘要】 利用发泡流变仪研究了CM的硫化条件和硫化特性,得出硫化交联反应速度V、硫化指数CCRI和表观活化能E;同时研究了助交联剂TAIC以及工艺条件对发泡橡胶性能的影响。结果表明:添加助交联剂TAIC发泡试样的硫化交联反应速度V加快,硫化指数CCRI和交联反应活化能E变大;添加助交联剂TAIC发泡试样在保持低密度的同时,获得较高的机械强度,综合发泡性能好;充模质量对发泡行为影响大,33 g充模的胶料综合发泡性能好;170℃时,10 MPa压力下硫化会得到综合性能较好的发泡效果。

【Abstract】 Curing foaming conditions and curing behaviors of CM were studied by using the rheometer and the curing reaction rate V,activation energy E and curing rate index CCRI.At the saem time,Effects of assist cross-linking agent TAIC and technological conditions on foam materials were also studied.The result showed: curing reaction rate V of foam materials adding assist crosslinking agent TAIC accelerated,curing rate index CCRI and activation energy E increased.Density of foam materials adding assist cross-linking agent TAIC was lower,physical and mechanical properties were better,so the combination property of foam material was better.The CPE vulcanizates showed better properties with 33 g compound load in the mould.The experimental results showed the vulcanizates achieved better properties with the 10 MPa curing pressure at 170 ℃.
