LM2678在连续性肾脏替代治疗设备直流电机驱动中的应用
Application of LM2678 in Direct Current Motor Drive for the Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy Device
【摘要】 血泵的高稳定性、宽调速范围控制技术是连续性肾脏替代治疗(continuous renal replacement therapy,CRRT)设备的关键技术,本文利用大电流、高效率降压式电源转换芯片LM2678良好的线性和典型的负载特性,设计出驱动血泵直流电机的新型功率驱动电路。该电路具有过热保护、短路保护功能和电流、电压闭环控制回路功能。实验结果表明,该功率放大电路能很好地实现血泵血流量在0~460ml/min范围内线性、稳定调节。
【Abstract】 High-stability and wide-adjustability of speed in driving the blood pump is a key technique for the continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)equipment.This paper designs a new type power circuit to drive blood pump which uses LM2678.The monolithic integrated circuit provides a capability of driving up to 5A with excellent line and load regulation characteristics and high efficiency.The circuit has the function of thermal shutdown,current limiting and closed control loop of current and voltage.The experimental results indicate that the amplifier circuit has capability to linearly and steadily adjust the flux of blood pump ranging from 0 to 460 ml/min.
