【Abstract】 3G is the focus that attracts world-wide attention. How to transfer smoothly from 2G network to 3G network has become a central issue in telecom operators. The 3G wireless network planning flow is proposed, then the differences between 2G and 3G network in the radio network planning flow, planning method and planning tools are analyzed.
