【摘要】 目的催化合成乳酸丁酯。方法以乳酸和正丁醇为原料,用催化剂NS-2催化合成乳酸丁酯,探讨了酯化反应的最佳反应条件。结果当正丁醇、乳酸的摩尔比为1.3:1,催化剂用量占反应物料总质量的1.5%时,反应2.5小时,酯收率达到94.5(。结论该催化剂价廉易得,反应条件温和,不腐蚀设备,有推广应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To synthesize Butyl Lactate with new catalyst.Methods: Butyl Lactate was synthesized from lactic acid and n-butyl alcohol.NS-2 was used as catalyst and the reaction conditions were discussed.Results: The yield of the ester reached 94.5﹪ on condition that the moleculer of the alcohol and the acid were 1.3:1 and the time of refluxing was 2.5h and the amount of catalyst was 1.5% of total mass of the reactant.Conclusion: The catalyst NS-2 is simple and applicable.更多还原
