【摘要】 目的探讨子宫肌瘤的MRI表现及其临床价值。方法对23例子宫肌瘤患者行MRI检查,SE序列,横断面T1、T2加权及矢状面、冠状面T2加权成像,对其MRI表现进行回顾性分析。结果MRI共检出38个病灶,所有病灶在T1WI上表现为等或低信号,在T2WI上表现为低或混杂信号。其中5例经手术治疗,4例行超声刀治疗,2例行介入栓塞治疗。结论MRI对子宫肌瘤具有较高的诊断价值,可作为B超检查的重要补充手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the MR features of uterine leiomyomas and evaluate its clinical value.Methods: Twenty-three patients with uterine leiomyomas were examined with SE sequence,T1 and T2 weighted imaging were performed on transverse section and T2 weighted imaging were performed on sagittal and coronal section.The MRI features of uterine leiomyomas were analyzed retrospectively.Results: 38 lesions were detected by MRI in 23 patients,which was presented as intermediate or low signal intensity on T1WI,low or heterogenous signal intensity on T2WI.Eleven patients were treated by surgency or other techniques.Conclusion: MRI has high value in diagnosing uterine leiomyomas and can be used as an important complementary method to ultrasound.更多还原
