【摘要】 目的探讨玻璃体手术联合硅油填充治疗复杂黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离的疗效。方法47例(48眼)复杂黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离行玻璃体切割,然后用重水使视网膜复位,再行气液交换,最后行硅油填充。术后进行3-12个月(平均9个月)随访。结果47例48只眼复杂黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离,治愈43只眼,治愈率89.5%,视力提高90%。结论玻璃体手术联合硅油注入治疗复杂黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离是安全有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of Vitreoretinal surgery with silicon oil treating complicated macula hole retinal detachment.Methods: 47 case(48 eyes) complicated macula holes retinal detachment was treated with Vitreoretinal surgery,uses heavy water to reset retina and then,row of gas liquid exchanges again,row of silicon oil pours into finally.And followed up from 3 months to one year(average 9 months) Results: 47 case(48 eyes) complicated macula holes retinal detachment,cures 43 eyes,the curative ratio 89.5%,sight improves 90%.Conclusion: Vitreoretinal surgery with silicon oil treating complicated macula holes retinal detachment is safe effective method.更多还原
